Can you use Bakuchiol with AHAs (glycolic / lactic acid)?
Bakuchiol is gentler than a retinoid but it is not inert, and stacking it with an AHA in one routine is the usual route to irritation. Alternate nights rather than layering, particularly while your skin is still adjusting to either.
Commonly advised: Frequently recommended by formulators; direct evidence can be limited.
A plant-derived alternative used for the look of fine lines and tone, often chosen by people who cannot tolerate a retinoid.
