14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. We refund all payments including standard delivery within 14 days, via your original payment method.

Sealed-hygiene exemption (important)

Cosmetics that are sealed for health/hygiene reasons cannot be returned once unsealed (Directive 2011/83/EU Art 16). Unopened, sealed items may be returned within the withdrawal period.

Return shipping

The cost of returning goods is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
