These terms govern the sale of cosmetic products by the trader to consumers in the EU/EEA. Placeholder copy pending legal review.

1. The trader

Sales are made by the trader identified in the Legal notice / Imprint.

2. Orders & contract

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Prices are shown VAT-inclusive; the total incl. VAT and shipping is shown before you pay.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. Card data is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

4. Delivery

We ship to the EU/EEA only at launch. Delivery times and costs are in the Shipping policy.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the sealed-hygiene exemption for unsealed cosmetics. See the Returns & Withdrawal policy.

6. Liability & governing law

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights. Governed by Spanish law.

This site provides neutral scientific reference and sells only products lawful in your region. Nothing here is medical advice, a recommendation, or an offer to supply unapproved medicines.
